From the Founder

Since working in this field, I have noticed how much the college admissions arena changes year-to-year and recognize how crucial it is for students and families to stay informed about best practices and new processes for applying to college. I created JDK College Consulting to help students and their families navigate the world of college admissions, choose a college based on best fit and even pursue financial aid and scholarships.

My philosophy is that, while it can be important to help guide students through the college application process, it is equally as important to encourage them to take accountability and ownership of this journey for themselves. The short term goal of this program is to guide students and families through the college process to a suitable and desirable college choice. The long-term goal is a sense of self-confidence and accomplishment that can enhance and outlast the college experience.

I have a passion for college counseling and enjoy breaking down the application process so that it can be manageable for students and families. Participants in the JDK program will be satisfied with their completed work and excited for what lies ahead!

I look forward to working together,

Joe
